Special Collections: It was discussed about all the second collections that are being done. The envelopes are already provided in the packets, so it was decided to not take up the second collection and for people to place the envelopes in the regular collection. We will still do a second collection twice a year for the Religious education and Cemetery. It was then discussed about having more options available for people to donate, such as bill pay, auto withdrawal or credit card. Motion was made to look into these options. Motion seconded. Will see what options are out there for us to use. It was also discussed about taking collections for the Sanctuary and Interchurch. It was asked if these could be a part of the envelope packets. It was discussed to do the envelopes quarterly. That way, two collections a year would go to each group. Motion was made to see if getting these envelopes added was an option. Motion second
