APPROVAL OF MINUTES: May Bereavement notes were incorrect.
EDUCATION:Youth Group – Biographies were completed on graduating seniors and placed in the bulletin. In the process of setting up a date for Mass to honor our 4 Seniors.
PSR - Parents were notified that Confirmation was postponed and that they will be contacted this fall with a new date. Second graders will be making their First Communion at 5:00pm Mass Saturday, June 13th. Rose Mickley has volunteered to take photos and Scott Mickley has volunteered to live stream the Mass through face book for family members who cannot be there. There is a retreat this Sunday June 6th for the children to practice and go back over their books in preparation.
KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS: The election of officers will be at the June meeting. July meeting will be calendar planning for the next year. The June meeting will be held live or on Zoom according to current guidelines.

PARISH COUNCIL OF CATHOLIC WOMEN: Looking into Mass for Seniors. No date yet for pictorial directory.
DEANERY: No new report.
MAINTENANCE: The pews were swept down. The kitchen was cleaned. The tree has been cut down – Thank You McFadden’s! Doorstops were installed. The statues were moved to the Church.
The 2020 Renovations Committee: The Church is now 100% finished, apart from some small things to hang. Charlie Bratton, Steve Bratton and Keith Mickley would like to thank everyone that made the Renovation possible: An enormous Thank You to Father Hammond and Father Olvera, the St. Luke’s Maintenance Committee, the Parish Council, Judy Hedge, Mickley Plumbing & Heating, Sherri Mickley, and the parishioners of St. Luke.
COMMUNITY LIFE: The 200th Anniversary Celebration is being discussed.
SOCIAL CONCERNS: No new report.
RESPECT LIFE: The Office of Social Concerns has begun reaching out for updates.
BEREAVEMENT: Helen Austin, a member of the parish, passed away May 27th. The funeral Mass will be held in the Church on June 2nd and will be for family only. Elizabeth Walker, a former member of St. Luke, passed away April 13th. Father Hammond officiated a graveside service at the Church Cemetery. Please remember to keep the families of Helen Austin and Elizabeth Walker in prayer. We are awaiting word from Father Olvera regarding the possibility of the Bereavement Ministry purchasing one of the Stations of the Cross. We are excited to welcome Barb Miller as a new member of our ministry.
WORSHIP: The Church “soft opening” with new social distancing guidelines went well. Confessions will be back on a regular basis starting this Saturday (in the Center), but it is required that they be pre-scheduled. Please contact Sandy Mickley to do so. There is still a mandatory mask order from the Bishop until further notice.
SAFETY: The hearing aid loop is installed and working well. The committee is looking at the cost for integrating the loop with the new sound system. Web-streaming of Mass is being considered. The rugs in the Church are being looked at as tripping hazards. Ushers are being asked to assist the elderly during Mass due to vision restrictions from masks.
FINANCE: All continues to be well.
Miscellaneous Notes: The organ will be repaired in the near future. The Choir, etc. will be moved to the loft.
